The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
